  Honesty, Integrity and hard work are the pillars on which Van Dike Utilities was founded 2008. Jeff Arrowood took his engineering and construction management background combined with his entrepreneurial spirit and started doing business as Van Dike Utilities in 1997, focusing primarily on utility construction work in West Central Florida. Since that time, Jeff and his partner Roy Adkins have completed hundreds of millions of dollars worth of projects for governmental owners in the areas of manhole rehabilitation, Telecom conduit, Fiber construction, copper line rehabilitation, water main constructions, reclaimed water construction, concrete construction and emergency Copper and Fiber repair.

  Safety is the most important element of our operations. We have established a health and safety policy conforming to our industry's best practices. Each employee is encouraged to strive toward a health and safety record that reduces the number of injuries and illnesses to a minimum. Our goal is to surpass the best health and safety experience of comparable organizations in our industry. Our Target is zero incidence of accidents and injuries. Employees work with mechanical and physical safegaurds of the highest possible standards. Every employee is responsible for ensuring that all operations are performed with the utmost regard for the health and safety of everyone involved.
